Cantre Selyf is a fine grade 2 star listed town house dating from the early 17th Century. One of the most historic properties in Brecon, it occupies a central position, close to St. Mary's Church. Built to a grand design, it still retains many fine original features including moulded ceilings, elegant fireplaces and oak beams. All creaks and squeaks are entirely authentic!

Our guest sitting room provides an elegant yet comfortable place to relax. Why not borrow a book or one of the many board games on offer.

The beautiful walled garden is a peaceful haven after a busy day exploring all the delights the area has to offer.
